We provide professional advice on land use rights, potential risks, timeframes, and municipal requirements before proceeding.
After approving the quote and signing the power of attorney, we prepare all required documentation, including motivation reports, plans, and supporting information, in line with municipal legislation and policies.
We submit the application to the relevant authority and liaise with officials and stakeholders throughout the assessment process.
We assist with responding to comments, conditions of approval, and any additional requirements issued by the authority.
Where required, we assist with compliance, registration processes, and coordination with other professionals.
